24/25 Stadium Configuration

The designs for the Caldwell Construction Stand, Licensed Standing, and the southeast corner for the 24/25 season

have been confirmed by Stoke City after a consultation period.

After speaking with the Club directly, supporters who were moved from their existing seats due to the alterations can

now reserve their places in the Caldwell Construction Stand, which is located at the southern end of the bet365

Stadium, behind the goal.

It is recommended that any displaced fan who has not heard directly from the Club for any reason get in touch with

the ticket office at tickets@stokecityfc.com or 01782 367 599.

Every supporter that took part in the consultation has the Club’s sincere thanks for their contributions, with the

feedback provided playing a key role in formulating the ongoing Season Card rollout and execution of the plans.

ON-SALE DATES

Friday, May 17: The deadline for fans to choose their location in the Caldwell Construction Stand or another area of

the stadium, as well as to renew their Season Cards while reserving their current seat.

Season cards will not be available for purchase for two weeks during the administration period, which runs from

Saturday, May 18, to Sunday, June 2.Prior to the general sale, displaced fans will have a priority window on Monday,

June 3, and Tuesday, June 4, to choose from available seats throughout the stadium after the release of unrenewed

seats.

Wednesday, June 5–Friday, June 7: Prior to the general sale, fans who have purchased a 24/25 Season Card have the

opportunity to switch to any available place in the stadium, including the Caldwell Construction Stand, after the

release of unrenewed seats.

On Monday, June 10th, season cards will go on sale everywhere.

At the bet365 Stadium, home fans will occupy most of the Caldwell Construction Stand, including the area right

behind the goal. As a result, Stoke City fans will be stationed on either side of the tunnel.

The south-east corner was designated as the primary away allocation.

The south-east corner and upper portion of the Caldwell Construction Stand now have licensed standing.
