George Pickens’ new Dallas Cowboys jersey number debuts at OTAs

Fans of the Dallas Cowboys have been eagerly awaiting the official announcement of George Pickens’ jersey number, and it appears that he may be getting closer to deciding on his numbers for the 2025 NFL season.

For his first game as a Cowboy, Pickens wore the number 13, but after internet sleuths detected a change to his jersey on the NFL shop over the weekend, suspicions started to circulate that he would be switching.

The Cowboys had a Pickens No. 3 jersey for sale online.

Pickens debuted his No. 3 jersey at OTAs on Tuesday, suggesting that the two men may have struck a deal, even though defensive end Dante Fowler currently wears that number. Last season, experienced wide receiver Brandin Cooks had the No. 3.

Cowboys Nation must now decide whether to call George Pickens “GP3” or just “Pick3ns” despite the fact that the number appears to be good.

What is certain is that everyone is eager to see the team’s redesigned offense, which now boasts one of the league’s top wide receiver tandems.

In addition to having the best deep threat in Pickens, the Cowboys also have one of the best pass catchers out of the slot in CeeDee Lamb.
