Next season, Burnley supporters will be able to purchase away day tickets in the Premier League for no more than £30.
The Premier League has confirmed that it will implement the restriction for the tenth consecutive season.
It comes after the Premier League’s 20 clubs unanimously agreed to continue with the pricing arrangement that has resulted in a large boost in away attendance.
The Premier League issued the following statement: “Premier League clubs today unanimously agreed to extend the current £30 maximum on away ticket pricing.

“This will be the eleventh season with the £30 cap in place. Since its inception in 2016, attendance at road games has risen from 82% to 91%.
“The Premier League and clubs realise the additional costs connected with fans supporting their side throughout the season, as well as the amazing atmospheres they produce during matches.
“A Fan Engagement Standard was launched in 2023 to reinforce Premier League clubs’ commitment to ensuring long-term meaningful engagement with supporters.”
The top flight clubs agreed to increase their engagement efforts in response to the Fan Engagement Standard. Richard Masters, the league’s CEO, added in a statement:
“Premier League clubs have committed to taking their fan engagement work even further by committing to the Standard.
“It introduces several core commitments, such as the creation of fan advisory boards and the requirement that each club designate a board-level official in charge of fan engagement, and it offers a framework to assist clubs in expanding their current work.”
