‘Lack of consistency’ – Pundit raises concern regarding Blackburn Rovers player, could leave this summer
This summer, Blackburn Rovers will have to fight to hang onto the forward. He has not yet signed the new contract that Rovers have offered him.
As of right now, Dolan, 23, is scheduled to become a free agent at the end of the month. In the game, he will be considering his next course of action.
According to Football League World, former Aston Villa player Hendrie has made his assessment amid ties to fellow Championship team Norwich City: “He’s a very similar player to (Borja) Sainz.” The only thing I’ve occasionally questioned is his inconsistent behavior. Without a doubt, there is a skill within. As we’ve seen numerous times when players have gone to Norwich, it’s only a question of whether the jump and a move away from Blackburn might just bring it out.
They appear to do a good job at attracting players, giving them a sense of identity, and recruiting. However, Sainz’s performance from the previous season will be extremely difficult to replicate. A similar player who can take on opponents from a distance would be Dolan. However, I couldn’t truly position him in that category to take Sainz’s place.
Dolan’s predicament needs to be resolved as quickly as feasible for Blackburn Rovers. If he does depart, Rovers will have to find someone to replace him.
During the previous season, he made 47 appearances across all competitions, 44 of which were in the league, and he scored seven goals. He contributed six assists as well.
He has been a vital member of his current team since relocating there in 2020. As a young player, the forward played for Manchester City, Burnley, and Preston North End. He also had a loan stint with Clitheroe in the non-league to gain experience.
Throughout the coming months, Blackburn Rovers will have the opportunity to make some acquisitions. Rovers also have the chance to release some players in order to make room and money.
Next season, Valerien Ismael’s team will try to make another run in the playoffs. closing time, they didn’t place in the top six on the closing day.
Following John Eustace’s departure to Derby County in February, Ismael was appointed. After struggling for points in his first five games, he began to get into the swing of things.
