Wolves look set to have agreed personal terms for a new signing that can play as an attacking midfielder.
Wolves recently lost Matheus Cunha to Manchester United, as the Brazilian joined the English club on June 1.
Wolves now have a vacancy in the creative department, with the club and manager Vitor Pereira hoping to recruit a replacement as soon as possible before pre-season begins.
Wolves fans were outraged by Cunha’s recent social media statements, in which he posted the caption ‘It’s all about following your ambitions’ while holding a printed photo of himself wearing a United shirt.
Despite all of his flaws, particularly his tremendously negative attitude, the 26-year-old is a world-class athlete.

Sports journalist Liam Keen turned to X, previously Twitter, to provide a twist on the rumored new signing with whom Wolves had agreed terms.
This could be owing to the Spaniard’s low statistics and lack of experience in compared to the Brazilian.
Fabrizio Romano announced on X, now known as Twitter, that Fer Lopez has agreed to personal terms with the Wolves.
The contract has apparently been completed with his agent, and the two teams, Wolves and Celta Vigo, just need to agree on a cost.
According to FBref, Lopez had an xG of 2.7 throughout the season and only 30 shot-creating actions.
Cunha, on the other hand, had an xG of 8.6 and 132 shot-creating actions, highlighting the player’s strength that the Wolves are losing and the present difference between the players.
