According to pundit Lee Hendrie, West Brom needs to buy Mikey Moore from Tottenham Hotspur if they hope to rebuild their bid for promotion back to the Premier League.
Hearts forward Lawrence Shankland is considering a move to the Baggies, and the team is already taking steps to get their summer business started.
Albion has reportedly expressed interest in completing a loan transfer for winger Mikey Moore, and new manager Ryan Mason is anticipated to attempt to exploit his Spurs ties to bolster his squad ahead of the forthcoming season.
Albion will likely have competition for the 17-year-old, though, as Birmingham City, a competitor in the West Midlands, is reportedly eager to make a move as well, according to Football Insider.
Landing a young player who is exciting and rising in the English game would be a huge coup, and Lee Hendrie has shared his thoughts on Moore possibly moving to the Black Country.
As West Brom shows interest, Lee Hendrie praises Mikey Moore’s abilities.

According to commentator Lee Hendrie, who spoke exclusively to Football League World, Mikey Moore is a promising player and the player West Brom should be aiming for in order to succeed in the second division.
“I believe it speaks volumes of where Mikey Moore is at when major Championship clubs are considering taking him on a loan deal to get some experience and regular game time,” Hendrie stated.
“I believe that West Brom needs to get loan players in because they are a big football team with a lot of promise.
“I think it would be a great deal for West Brom, and it doesn’t surprise me that bigger clubs in the Championship are looking to take him.” As I previously stated, most teams in the Championship would want him since he has a tonne of potential.
For West Brom, Mikey Moore would be a bold addition.

With Grady Diangana leaving B71, Mikey Johnston and Jed Wallace failing to step up, and Tom Fellows anticipated to attract Premier League interest this summer, there is little question that West Brom needs a boost in talent in the wide areas.
Moore will be raw and keen to make an impression despite his lack of experience at this level, as the Championship is becoming a more popular place for young football players to establish themselves in the English game.
Given that Ryan Mason knew Moore well from his stint as a member of Ange Postecoglou’s backroom staff, the Baggies do have a decent chance of acquiring the attacker.
Moore would be a perfect addition to start the summer activities and boost confidence before the upcoming season, and that relationship would be crucial in persuading him to play for the blue and white stripes.
