West Brom linked with Wales international winger.

Albion are linked with a bid for free agent winger Tom Lawrence.
The Wales international has spent the last three seasons with Rangers, but he is set to return south of the line, with the Baggies among those reportedly keen. Coventry and newly promoted Wrexham, Lawrence’s hometown club, are also thought to be keeping an eye on the issue. Lawrence, a Manchester United academy product, has made approximately 250 Championship games, the majority of which came during a five-year tenure with Derby.
Much of Albion’s business this summer will be governed by outgoings, but they still have room to strengthen in attacking areas following Grady Diangana’s free move. Lawrence Shankland, a Hearts striker, is another player of interest, with the Scotland international set to decide his future in the coming weeks. The 29-year-old’s contract ends at the end of this month. Albion’s preparations for the new season will pick up next week, when new manager Ryan Mason comes for his first full day at the club’s training base.
The 34-year-old has been working with aides Nigel Gibbs and Sam Pooley to prepare for his first senior management position. Albion’s players, with the exception of those on international duty earlier this month, are scheduled to return on Wednesday, June 25, marking the first time many of them will meet the new head coach in person. The new Championship season’s fixtures will be revealed the following day.
