The idea of building a City team that can compete with League One is exciting to Graham Alexander.
“I’m so happy for everybody at the club,” he remarked. After a successful promotion campaign, players and staff are regrouping, and the atmosphere surrounding preparations has been pleasantly upbeat.
Since celebrating their promotion from League Two in May, the team has not regrouped until preseason, which Alexander believes has brought them together going into League One.
He placed more attention on laying the groundwork for a formidable League One campaign than on tactics and conditioning. During this initial stage, it entails strengthening team unity, honing match readiness, and integrating his preferred style of play.
