Rangers ‘ready’ transfer offer for coveted Celtic target as two European heavyweights duke it out for Hamza Igamane.

Russell Martin is ready to ratchet up recruitment, and a familiar Premiership face is thought to be on his target list.
Rangers are allegedly interested in signing Liverpool fullback Owen Beck.
The 22-year-old is also a target for hometown club Wrexham, who have been promoted to the English Championship.
Beck is no stranger to the Scottish Premiership, having previously played for Dundee, where he was a tremendous hit and attracted interest from Celtic. The Wales Under-21 international was on loan at Blackburn Rovers last season and is considering his future move, along with his club Liverpool.
According to DaveOCKOP, Rangers “have indicated interest in signing” Beck and “are prepared to make an offer to sign the talented Welsh left back”. Arne Slot already has Scotland captain Andy Robertson at left back, though his future at Anfield is uncertain, and a contract for Bournemouth’s Milos Kerkez is being negotiated. info
New Rangers manager Russell Martin has Ridvan Yilmaz and Jefte in the left back position, albeit the former has injury issues and has been linked with a return to Turkey. He could look to reinforce this position. Meanwhile, Hamza Igamane is reportedly garnering interest from continental powerhouses Lazio and Marseille.
It comes after West Ham United were linked with the Moroccan forward, who only came at Ibrox a year ago. In 33 games, the 22-year-old scored 12 goals, including a stunning winner away to Celtic, and is Rangers’ most sellable asset, alongside Nico Raskin.
According to the report, the Ibrox side has set a £20 million asking price for Igamane and is open to negotiations.
