QPR land another Aussie as Kealey Adamson departs Macarthur for English Championship: Details

The Macarthur Bulls have announced the sale of teenage full-back Kealey Adamson to English Championship club Queens Park Rangers.

The 2024-25 Macarthur Medalist leaves the Isuzu UTE A-League after the best season of his career; Adamson made 26 league games in his second season with the Bulls, having moving from Sydney FC to Campbelltown in December 2023.

Adamson, 22, is the next promising prospect to leave the Isuzu UTE A-League for QPR, after former Perth Glory players Daniel Bennie and Jaylan Pearman.

As Adamson prepares for his debut season abroad, Bulls Group CEO Sam Krslovic hailed the young defender’s contributions to the club over the previous two seasons.

“We are excited with the opportunity presented for Kealey,” Krslovic told me. “As a club, we were the only one to see the potential and upscale that Kealey possessed.”

“We appreciate his devotion, hard work, and progress at the club. We will proudly observe his subsequent progress from afar.”
