Florent Ghisolfi linked with ambitious £47m double transfer deal for Bayern Munich and Club Brugge talents
According to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Sunderland is stepping up their summer business and are now
moving forward with a possible £17 million deal for Club Brugge talent Chemsdine Talbi. Talks are also reportedly
taking place between Sunderland and Sacha Boey’s camp regarding the winger.
Despite his age, the 19-year-old winger has already made over 80 senior games and is considered one of the most
promising young talents in Belgian sport. He played in the Belgian Pro League and the Champions League last
season, scoring six goals for Brugge in all competitions.
The two teams are still in negotiations, and according to Tavolieri, Sunderland is “pushing” to make a deal that
would make Talbi one of the most costly additions to the team’s history. “Chemsdine Talbi is now being pursued by
Sunderland to negotiate with Club Brugge! Tavolieri wrote on social media that negotiations are now in progress
with Club Brugge to reach an agreement for the Moroccan winger that is close to €20 million.

and Germany have also expressed interest in him, but Sunderland’s Premier League standing and their ambitious
youth-focused initiative are making them an appealing offer.
Additionally, Sunderland has had conversations with representatives of Sacha Boey, the right-back for Bayern
Munich. After struggling with injuries, the Frenchman, who only joined Bayern from Galatasaray in January for a
reported £30 million, is now free to sign with another team.
According to Turkish writer Suleyman Rodop, Galatasaray and Bayern have come to an agreement for Boey to return
to Istanbul; nevertheless, it is important to note that Sunderland is still being discussed. “Galatasaray and Bayern
came to an arrangement on Sacha Boey. We anticipate his return. Boey is speaking with Sunderland as well,” Rodop
stated.
Boey, 24, is still considered a top-tier prospect despite having made 63 appearances for Galatasaray in the past.
Although a deal with Sunderland would be audacious, it is still possible given the Black Cats’ enhanced financial
clout after they were promoted to the Premier League and sold Jobe Bellingham to Borussia Dortmund. This
window, Sunderland has already signed Noah Sadiki, Habib Diarra, and Enzo Le Fée. Reinildo Mandava, a seasoned
left-back, is likely to officially sign a two-year contract with Sunderland in Madrid on Monday, completing the club’s
acquisition of the player.
The Mozambique international has been a free agent following his departure from Atlético Madrid, and transfer
insider Rudy Galetti reports that the final paperwork will be completed at the start of the week. In an update posted
to X (formerly Twitter), Galetti wrote: “Reinildo will officially sign his two-year contract with Sunderland on Monday
in Madrid. The deal was fully agreed, as revealed days ago: the player is set to begin his next chapter in the UK.”
After joining Atlético in early 2022, Reinildo has made 74 appearances across all competitions, including La Liga, the
Champions League, and the FIFA Club World Cup. He came from Lille, where he helped the French team win a
stunning Ligue 1 title in 2020–21, and has spent the last two seasons in Spain.
Earlier this week, transfer guru Fabrizio Romano also verified Sunderland’s transfer, posting on his own social media
accounts before the transfer: “Reinildo to Sunderland, here we go! The left defender, who is expected to come from
Atletico Madrid, has signed a two-year contract.
