safeguarding the central focus of everything we do.
Three major impact goals that we think will have the biggest influence on the lives of the kids and teens involved
with the Club will be our main emphasis over the next three years:
Preventing child abuse and neglect is a shared responsibility.
Youngsters experience support, safety, and listening.

Teamwork is the cornerstone of our approach. Everyone has a responsibility to protect children, and we want to
engage even more individuals in this effort. We will bring about significant change in these regions by collaborating
closely with local communities, all while adhering to a precise set of principles that direct our work.
Senior Safeguarding Manager Stephanie Rolfe stated: “Our outstanding safeguarding team has over 70 years of
expertise and has collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders to develop the ‘Safeguarding is Everyone’s
Responsibility’ policy. The Board and I wholeheartedly endorse the safeguarding vision outlined in this approach.
We understand the difficulties it poses for the Club and are determined to see it through to completion.
