Bolton Wanderers can confirm the reintroduction of Lift Passes for all matchdays at the Toughsheet Community Stadium in 2025/26 and beyond.
Since supporters returned following the pandemic, we have operated our elevators at the discretion of matchday stewards. However, after reviewing our access control processes ahead of the 2025/26 season, we believe this adjustment will allow all supporters who use our elevators to have a better matchday experience upon entering the stadium.
Season ticket holders in our upper tiers with accessibility concerns, or who are unable to ascend all the stairs to the upper tier concourses, can request for a Lift Pass by emailing our Ticket Office at tickets@bwfc.co.uk.
Once accepted, our Ticket Office will send out the Lift Pass and lanyard, which must be worn/shown to our stewards to obtain access to the lift for each home game.
The Lift Pass holder will be able to use their allocated stand’s lift alongside one other person or carer. If a group of more than two people enters the stadium, the remaining members must enter through their allotted turnstile block.
