Nottingham Forest played out another 0-0 pre-season draw on Saturday against Ligue 1 side AS Monaco, but Morgan Gibbs-White was the main topic of discussion.
Gibbs-White started against Monaco after returning to Forest training at the start of the week, much to the disappointment of onlooking Tottenham fans who would’ve been hoping to see him not involved.
In terms of his actual performance, though, Forest fans weren’t impressed with Gibbs-White’s efforts, but he is, of course, a week behind plenty of his teammates who returned for pre-season earlier.
The attacking midfielder was part of the first half XI so didn’t appear in the second 45 minutes, but he did have an interesting interaction with the Forest fans in the stadium that got people talking on social media.

Pre-season fixtures often give the fans the chance to interact with their favourite players, with the more relaxed atmosphere giving time for autographs and pictures.
