Leeds United reignite £15m move for Premier League winger – Deal back on table

Leeds United have done some good business this summer to strengthen their squad for their return to the Premier League. However, the club understands that more additions will be required in the coming weeks to improve their chances of survival next season.

The Whites have already signed five new players during the current transfer window, and Anton Stach is expected to become their sixth new signing in the coming hours. The midfielder is in the final stages of completing his £17.4 million transfer from Bundesliga club Hoffenheim at the moment.

Leeds are also looking for a new number one goalkeeper because Illan Meslier is almost set to leave, and the club is anticipated to bring in one more full-back as cover before the conclusion of the year.

Their primary goal for the coming weeks is to add more goals and creativity to their team, and the Whites have selected Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz and Feyenoord’s Igor Paixao as two of their top targets.

However, a familiar face may return to Elland Road near the end of the window.

Leeds United are still keeping tabs on Tottenham’s Manor Solomon

Manor Solomon spent last season on loan at Leeds, where he contributed significantly to the club’s promotion to the Premier League.

The winger returned to Tottenham at the end of the season, and Leeds’ hopes of re-signing him faded after it was revealed that he wants to stay at Spurs.

According to Leeds Live, Leeds still have a chance to bring the Israeli winger back to Elland Road during the present summer transfer season.

Solomon missed Tottenham’s first preseason game due to a calf injury, but the winger is eager to regain fitness and impress new manager Thomas Frank.

However, Spurs are likely to spend heavily before the end of the window, and the need for sales to align with PSR may still lead them to consider selling Solomon.

The winger remains at the bottom of Tottenham’s winger pecking order, and the club is poised to sign more attacking players in the coming weeks.

Leeds are keeping their eyes on Solomon.

The Whites have not abandoned the possibility of bringing the winger back to Elland Road and are keeping an eye on his situation at Tottenham.

Daniel Farke remains an admirer of Solomon and hopes to sign him on a permanent basis this summer.

Leeds are still looking for other wide forwards, but are open to signing Solomon if he becomes available before next month’s transfer deadline.
