Nottingham Forest is in dire need of depth, thus they are still making a valiant effort to get some new players this summer.

Since Anthony Elanga was transferred to Newcastle this month, a replacement is required, and Forest is considering Dan Ndoye.
Nuno Espirito Santo is attempting to reorganize his team once more, so it looks like there is still a lot of work to be done. James McAtee is also on the list at Forest.
This summer, Danilo and Ramon Sosa also left the City Ground, and the team is currently trying to get another player out of the building before the Premier League season starts.
Despite certain problems, Silva only started five Premier League games the previous season, and Sporting CP is giving the player a serious evaluation.
Sporting would seek to take Silva on loan with a buyout option; Forest is eager to get him off the books this summer, according to A Bola.
The Reds will only approve a loan if the buyout option becomes a requirement. If Silva were to go, Forest would be severely short in wingers; hence, it could be best to hold onto the player for the time being at least until some new players join the team.
