Rangers confirm Antman arrival as winger pens long-term deal

As the winger signs a long-term contract, Rangers confirm Antman’s arrival.

Oliver Antman, a winger, has officially joined Rangers. The 23-year-old leaves the Eredivisie team Go Ahead Eagles to sign a four-year contract with the Ibrox club. Last season, Antman, who has seven goals in 22 Finland caps, helped his now-former team score 22 goals. Russell Martin moved for his services this summer as a result of his form. He is the club’s seventh new member in as many months.

Over the weekend, the Rangers Review revealed that Go Ahead Eagles will get an upfront payment of approximately £3 million for the attacker. If all of the add-on provisions are fulfilled in the upcoming seasons, the price could then increase to above £4 million. Antman declared, “I am very excited; it has been a few hectic days, but I will meet the team today, so I am excited,” after joining Rangers. “Rangers is a big club, and you don’t get an opportunity like this very often in life, so I was thrilled to hear they were interested.”

We are very excited to have Oliver visit Glasgow, said head coach Martin. We have kept a careful eye on him as a player, and his adaptability as an attacker will give our team a fresh perspective. “He is eager to learn, and I’m excited to see what impact he can make at Rangers both now and in the future.”
