President planning trip to sign Fulham player – Push can rule out Crystal Palace option.

Last week, Gazzetta dello Sport reported that Atalanta is interested in Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz and Crystal Palace’s Jean-Philippe Mateta. Qadsiah saw the two strikers as possible replacements.
Gianluca di Marzio has provided an update, stating that Fulham’s Muniz has become Atalanta’s top priority.
La Dea and Marco Silva’s side are currently in talks about the player, with Atalanta putting forth a strong bid to sign the 24-year-old Brazilian. The Bergamo club’s president, Antonio Percassi, intends to fly to England to hold direct talks with Fulham, which could be crucial.
If everything goes well, Ivan Juric’s team’s interest in signing Crystal Palace’s Mateta will fade, as Gazzetta has previously stated that the Frenchman will cost more than Muniz.
Crystal Palace were expected to demand more than €50 million for Mateta, which may explain why he is lower on the shortlist. It is unclear whether Atalanta will receive the desired price from Fulham.
