Rangers in talks for next sale after Jefte as £6m exit deal agreed

Chris Jack claims that the Gers and Besiktas are still negotiating about Ridvan Yilmaz’s sale.

On August 15, a journalist for the Rangers Review revealed that other European teams were also monitoring the Turkey international’s condition.

The club makes money from the Jefte deal, even if it’s unknown how much they will receive for Yilmaz.

In order to get him off the books, the Gers are making seven-and-a-half times the amount they paid APOEL to sign him last summer (£800,000).

The agreement includes a sell-on clause and performance-related add-ons.
