See him and Miovski together: Rangers make a last-minute bid for the “devastating” star

In Sunday’s 0-0 draw in the inaugural Old Firm match of the Scottish Premiership season at Ibrox, Bojan Miovski made his Glasgow Rangers debut. In order to ease pressure on his team, the Macedonia international, who recently signed a permanent contract from Girona, made some smart runs and made good use of his body to win a few vital fouls. The left-footed attacker did not have a “big chance” in front of goal against Celtic, but Russell Martin’s next challenge is to assemble a side that can regularly generate chances for him.

According to the writer, both Celtic and the Light Blues have made desperate attempts to sign the English young player to a season-long loan in Scotland.
Hopefully, Rangers have already found their new prolific scorer by signing the Macedonian star who scored 32 goals in two Premiership seasons during his time with Aberdeen. Alongside Miovski, the Gers may have a winger in Rak-Sakyi who could be a huge goal threat. This could deflect some of the focus from the center-forward as the opposition defence will have to be cautious of his threat. By cutting in on his left foot from the right flank, the 22-year-old can score and create goals, which may prompt center-backs to step out and block his potential shot. That might create room for Miovski, who showed glimpses of his intelligent runs on Sunday, to steal in behind off the last line if Rak-Sakyi is able to pick him out.
