Russell Martin drops next Rangers manager hint as Ibrox contender in clear message to 49ers about landing him

After leaving Southampton earlier this season, Russell Martin, a former Ibrox loanee and Scotland international, has given Rangers an interesting update on his future by outlining what they will need if they want him as manager.
