Crystal Palace ‘intend to make move’ for Stoke City player – Potters requesting €5m+ to sell

Junior Tchamadeu of Stoke City has been highlighted by Crystal Palace as a summer transfer target.

African Foot claims that Crystal Palace is considering acquiring the right-back.

The 21-year-old was promoted to Colchester United’s first team in 2020 after joining their academy from Charlton Athletic. In September 2023, they sold him to Stoke City.

Although the Cameroon international can play on the left side of defense, he has primarily played as a right-back. Forty-five of his sixty appearances for the Potters came this season.

The defender’s profile has caught the attention of Crystal Palace, who are expressing interest in him.

According to the source, Stoke City would require at least €5 million to approve Tchamadeu’s sale when his contract expires in 2027. The Eagles “still intend to make a move” for him, so it appears that they are not concerned about this.

CA Osasuna is keeping an eye on the Stoke City player, so Oliver Glasner’s team is not alone. According to the report, they are holding off on approaching until the perfect time.

Crystal Palace may pay the Championship team €5 million to get Tchamadeu’s services if they are interested.
