Bashir Humphreys will complete a permanent transfer to Burnley, starting from July 1.
The defender, who came up through Cobham’s academy, joined the Clarets on a season-long loan in summer and helped Scott Parker’s side win promotion from the Championship.
Humphreys, who has made 28 appearances in all competitions at Turf Moor, will now sign a permanent contract with Burnley ahead of their upcoming Premier League season.
The defender leaves Chelsea after two senior matches, making his FA Cup debut in January 2023 and appearing in the League Cup the following season. He also spent time on loan at Swansea City and Paderborn.
