Ipswich Town: Tom Lawrence released by Rangers.
Tom Lawrence, a former Ipswich Town loanee, is now a free agent after being released by Scottish giants Rangers.
The 31-year-old winger has been with the Gers since 2022, joining from Derby County, but is now one of three leaving Ibrox this summer.
Lawrence played 26 games in all competitions and scored six goals this season, helping Rangers finish second in the Scottish Premiership, 17 points behind Celtic.
Despite scoring 12 goals in 69 appearances, injuries were a major concern during his three years in Scotland.
According to reports, his hometown club Wrexham could be his next destination following their promotion to the Championship.
The Welshman previously joined Town on loan from Leicester City in the second tier, where he scored 11 goals in 36 games in 2016/17.
Following his impressive spell at Portman Road, he signed a permanent deal with Derby.
