The Scottish champions are still suffering from Hampden heartache, but the Hoops face a tough summer ahead.
Forgotten Kyogo Furuhashi has broken his silence after a disappointing season at Stade Rennes following his Celtic exit.
The 30-year-old has had a miserable season in Ligue 1 following his £10 million move from the Scottish Premiership champions.

He has yet to score a goal for his new side and has struggled to even make the matchday squad in the latter weeks of the season, with manager Habib Beye hinting at crunch discussions with the forward.
According to reports in France, the frontman may be moved on in a cut-price deal this summer, although he is now enjoying his summer break in Japan.
He was observed in the fans at V-Varen Nagasaki’s match against Ehime FC, where he caught up with old Vissel Kobe colleague Hotaru Yamaguchi.
Speaking to Japanese source Excite, he hinted that his attention remained on Rennes: “I was glad to meet someone I wanted to see over the off-season, and I was excited to see him play.
“I’ll do my best, too, when I am back playing in pre-season.” Youssef El Kachati, a Telstar forward, has also been linked with a move to Celtic in the summer.
The Hoops may have competition for the attacker, with Hannover 96 and Hamburg also reportedly interested. According to Neue Presse, the Dutch second-tier team wants €3 million (£2.5 million) for the Moroccan this summer.
Danny Ings’ West Ham contract is set to expire, and former Liverpool player Didi Hamman has previously linked the England cap with a Brendan Rodgers reunion in Glasgow.
He asked PokerFirma last month, “Could Danny Ings be a success at Celtic? Absolutely. His playing time at West Ham has been restricted, and I believe Celtic would be an excellent fit for him.
“The calibre of football isn’t quite as great as the Premier League, and I believe he may find new life up there.
“He will undoubtedly be on Celtic’s and possibly Rangers’ radars because of his demonstrated ability to score goals. If you create opportunities for him, he will undoubtedly show you where the goal is.
However, Wrexham Insider reports that the Welsh club is prepared to make an offer for the free agent if the 32-year-old is willing to play in the English Championship next season.
