
All Saints Catholic High: Sheffield secondary school in lockdown for second time over ‘serious incident’
A Sheffield secondary school is under lockdown this afternoon due to a reported “serious incident” with police on the scene.
All Saints’ Catholic High School on Granville Road has notified parents of a “serious incident” and is currently in lockdown.

The message reads: “Students will be released once police give permission.”
Residents have informed The Star that an air ambulance is on the scene.
UPDATE: A 15-year-old boy is in hospital with serious injuries after an alleged stabbing at All Saints School in Sheffield.
All Saints has been placed under lockdown for the second time in less than a week, following a “stay put” order issued to staff and students on January 29 due to “threats of violence” between a “small number of students.”
As a result, those involved were “escorted off the premises” and no violence or injuries were reported.
A parent, who asked not to be identified, told The Star today: “This is frightening to hear so soon after a previous incident, and I hope and pray that everyone is safe and that the incident is resolved peacefully.”
“This is not the time for recriminations, but the school will have some serious questions to answer in the coming days.
