Christie & Co Sells Edgware Practice.

Christie & Co, a specialist in business property, has sold Dr K Shah Dental Practice in Edgware, North West London.

Established in the 1960s, Dr. K Shah Dental Practice is a single-surgery, mixed-income practice that provides a variety of dental services and care to patients. It is conveniently located at Sheaveshill Avenue in Edgware.

Dr Kamlesh Shah has owned the practice since 1992 and brought it to market so that he can retire.

Following a confidential sales process with Tony Walker of Christie & Co, it was purchased by an experienced Associate acquiring their first practice, who is “excited to have taken over such a well-established practice.”

He plans “to continue the high standard of care that Dr Shah has delivered over the years while modernising and refurbishing the practice layout to further enhance the patient experience.”
