Carlton Morris, a former forward for Barnsley and Rotherham United, has apparently agreed to a fee with Derby County.
Morris has had a busy three years since moving from Barnsley to Luton Town. After helping the Hatters secure promotion to the Premier League, they were relegated back-to-back.
Morris, who scored 39 goals in 137 games, has been a vital member of the Kenilworth Road team through the highs and lows.
He does not appear to be following Luton in League One, though, as Derby is reportedly negotiating a deal to bring him to Pride Park.

After returning from vacation, the 29-year-old is allegedly scheduled to visit Derby for a physical next week.
Additionally, it is said that the Rams have reached agreements with Andreas Weimann and Danny Batth, both of whom head coach John Eustace oversaw at Blackburn Rovers.
The history of Carlton Morris in Yorkshire
Morris is a well-known personality in Yorkshire. In 2014, while still gaining experience at Norwich City, he travelled to the county for a loan stint at York City.
Before completing a permanent move to Barnsley in 2021, he had two loan stints at Rotherham United in subsequent years.
Morris made 55 appearances for the Reds, tallying six assists and 16 goals. “I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved with Barnsley Football Club for welcoming me and making my time there so amazing,” he stated after his departure from Oakwell was officially announced.
