Queens Park Rangers’ 2024/25 Championship season came to a dramatic end, with improvements to the dressing room and dugout planned for this summer.
Marti Cifuentes kept QPR out of League One in 2024/25, after the club flirted with relegation throughout the season. Cifuentes was placed on gardening leave by the R’s following his failed move to West Brom, and he had been named in Middlesbrough’s manager hunt before Boro hired Rob Edwards last week.
QPR have recruited Julien Stephan, the former Rennes and Strasbourg manager, to become the club’s next manager ahead of the 2025/26 Championship season.
With the summer transfer market being in full swing and Stephan’s arrival at Loftus Road imminent, EFL Analysis has looked at QPR’s confirmed incomings and outgoings this summer.

Every confirmed QPR is incoming this summer.
QPR just added Perth Glory midfielder Jaylan Pearman to their team, with the Australian Under-20 Asian Cup champion originally joining the development group.
Pearman joins QPR from the A-League giants after scoring four goals in 12 games for Perth, where he was voted Young Player of the Year.
Karamoko Dembele’s loan from Brest to the R’s will become permanent this summer following his outstanding year.
