Every Coventry City transfer link so far as last summer link rears head again amid crisis at rival club.

Coventry City transfer news from CoventryLive, including a look at the names associated with the Sky Blues in the summer window.
Coventry City’s recruitment push has begun with the arrival of Frank Lampard’s first two signings this summer.
The Sky Blues have signed Spanish free agent Miguel Angel Brau from second division club Granada, with the 23-year-old left-back due to join his new teammates in the coming days.
Aston Villa right-back Kaine Kesler-Hayden came in second, with the 22-year-old signing a four-year contract worth between £3.5 million and £5 million, according to sources. His arrival has spurred talk that Milan van Ewijk may be able to move elsewhere, with Fulham reportedly renewing their interest in the Dutchman.
City’s squad returned to Ryton for pre-season last week, and more changes are expected in the coming months as the club prepares for and enters the new Championship season. Here’s an early look at the players who have been linked with the club this summer.
Windass doing rounds again
For the second summer in a row, Coventry City have been connected with Sheffield Wednesday striker Josh Windass. The 31-year-old was the Owls’ top scorer last season, with 13 goals, and the Sheffield Star reports that the Sky Blues, along with Derby and Norwich, are “admirers” of the veteran attacker.
Championship newcomers Wrexham, as well as the player’s former club Rangers, are said to be “interested” and are presently practicing at St Georges Park alongside Wednesday.
Belgian forward
The Sky Blues have expressed an interest in Belgian forward Adriano Bertaccini, who presently plays for his country’s top flight club Sint-Truidense VV.
The 24-year-old, who can play as a centre-forward or on either flank, is also said to be coveted by Norwich City and Southampton. This is according to Belgian sports journalist Loic Woos, who writes for the daily newspaper L’Avenir Verviers.
He tweeted on the social media platform X, “Things are heating up for Adriano Bertaccini!” Coventry, Norwich, and Southampton have made enquiries with the player’s entourage, although STVV has yet to be contacted directly.
