According to Football League World, Peterborough United has received an inquiry from Fulham over left-back Harley Mills.
The Cottagers’ £1 million bid for the youngster is being considered by the Posh.
Before being brought back to London Road at the beginning of the season, Mills, 19, was playing on loan at Enfield.
Scouts flocked to witness Darren Ferguson’s team after he scored an incredible free kick against League One champions Birmingham City in the Vertu Cup final last month.
Fulham is pleased with Harley Mills’ appearance.
The West London club has taken note of Mills’ potential and hopes to further his growth as a member of their Under-23 squad.
Posh has given the left-back better conditions to stay with them since they are not in a rush to sell one of their key assets.
However, the young player who is expected to sign a huge contract as part of the transaction would be drawn to the allure of playing for a Premier League team.
Posh stars attract interest
This summer, Mills is one of several Peterborough United players who are drawing interest, with Kwame Poku drawing the most attention.
Although Sheffield United and Sunderland are interested in signing Poku, Birmingham City has made a contract offer.
