Spanish team Espanyol has made a £5 million proposal for QPR midfielder Jonathan Varane.
West London Sport disclosed the strategy and verified that the Championship team intends to turn down the offer. After joining Rangers last summer, Varane made 39 Championship matches and was a key member of the team this season. In light of the recent bid, we asked Sky Sports analyst Lee Hendrie if QPR should continue to pursue Varane or change their strategy.

West London Sport claims that Varane only cost QPR £875,000, meaning that Espanyol’s bid more than five times their initial investment after just one season.
