Expert offers Plymouth Argyle new Miron Muslic future hope after key appointment
Plymouth Argyle have been praised for their appointment of Tom Randle given his previous success with Miron Muslic.
Plymouth Argyle have a big rebuild ahead of them after they suffered relegation to League One. Despite their relegation, there are positives to be had about the future of PAFC.
In the second half of the season, Argyle were much improved under Miron Muslic, but it wasn’t enough to keep them in the Championship. His performance has left other clubs interested in his services but Plymouth have made an appointment that could suggest he is in for the long haul.

Plymouth Argyle have appointed Tom Randle as their new head of recruitment in the last week, who worked with Muslic at Cercle Brugge. In a recent interview with Plymouth Live, Belgian football expert James Coyne has revealed the positive relationship the pair had in Belgium.
“There are two aspects to this, I think. Tom has good experience of English football and he knows the game in England at various levels, which is obviously a plus, and he knows Miron and the way he works, which is really important.
“He was only at Cercle for a year but there was a couple of players in particular who I think Tom would take a lot of credit for, for bringing to Cercle, being part of the team there that identified two really good players.
“I think Tom understands Miron is the coach and this is way they are going to play, and it’s his job to give him the tools and the infrastructure, and support that and allow him to get on with that.
“I think this can be a very positive relationship, and Miron having more autonomy in this model if you think about it suits his personality as well. That’s the sort of character he is.
