Feyenoord want former Twente man Ugalde: Rotterdammers place bid in Russia.

According to De Telegraaf, Feyenoord has reported to Spartak Moscow for 23-year-old Costa Rican striker Manfred Ugalde.
Ugalde is under contract in Moscow until the summer of 2028, but Feyenoord has already made a first offer for the easy-scoring striker, and the Costa Rican international is thought to be open to returning to the Netherlands.
Spartak signed the forward from FC Twente a year and a half ago for 13 million euros, making him the club’s second-highest outgoing transfer ever.
While Ugalde had a rough start in the Russian capital, he returned to form last season. He scored 19 goals for Spartak and added six assists. The striker played 84 matches for FC Twente, scoring 22 goals and providing 13 assists.
Ugalde recently competed for Costa Rica in the Gold Cup. He scored three goals before his country was eliminated in the semi-finals by the United States last night.
