Grapes Hill in Norwich closed following police incident.
Police responded to an incident in Norwich.
Officers were dispatched to Grapes Hill in the city centre shortly after 5.30 a.m. on Tuesday. They had received a report on the safety of a man.
The road was closed in both directions as emergency crews responded, and pedestrians were advised to avoid the area.
All lanes have now reopened. A police cordon was set up on the footbridge, however cops have now departed the scene.
