Speaking about his future, the Hearts transfer target has listed the things he will require wherever he goes next.

As the Australian international is being pursued by Hearts, Daniel Arzani has spoken about his future.

The winger, who has shown promise at Melbourne Victory, is now on duty with the Socceroos but has an expiring contract. After shown early promise on the international scene, which prompted Manchester City to make a move, Arzani has regained his reputation at home. However, injury problems caused loans, such as his spell at Celtic, to flounder.

The Australian international has been offered a chance to return to British football by Hearts, as the Evening News recently revealed. The Gorgie team may add a third winger to their roster this summer at Tynecastle after agreeing to sign Greek wide player Alexandros Kyziridis and potentially Kazakhstani sensation Islam Chesnokov as well.

In the midst of Hearts’ curiosity, Arzani, who is now 26 years old, has laid out his plans for the future. He claims that he must play frequently wherever he ends up.

“I think that thought process will be in their head,” Arzani stated, referring to any of the guys who are looking to relocate or who are off contract. The World Cup is a major event. It’s enormous. Everyone wishes to participate. There will be fierce competition, and there is a lot of talent coming from Australia. When I go somewhere where I’ll be playing every single week, I think it’s crucial. Even though I’m not entirely sure what I’m doing or where I’m going, that is undoubtedly a factor.

The winger hasn’t held back while discussing his thoughts on his initial attempt at playing European football. Recently, he stated: “I felt that my time abroad was a huge waste of time and was really disappointing.” I believe that my frequent five- or six-month loan arrangements while I was tied to City didn’t benefit me; they simply don’t work out.

It’s too challenging to join teams, start playing right away, and earn a spot in the starting lineup after only five months. You come and go, and the club doesn’t really care about you. Therefore, if I were to move over, I hope it would be on a permanent transfer so that I had a better chance of getting hired.

 

About the attacker, former A-League player Tommy Oar recently remarked: “To be honest, there haven’t been many young Australian players like him in the last kind of 10, 20, years.” Every time he gets the ball, he seems so exciting to me. I do believe that if you look at his career and understand why there have been so many critics, he may be somewhat of a victim of his own early success.

Because he was clearly captivating to watch when he first appeared on the scene. He was so young when he joined the Socceroos and played in the World Cup that everyone had such high expectations of him that he was swiftly condemned if he didn’t perform to those standards. That can be a little harsh, in my opinion, especially in light of recent months. If someone had never seen Daniel Arzani play and they had watched him play in the past three months, I believe they would be wondering, “Who is this kid?” He is amazing.

“He challenges athletes in such a nice way. In light of the criticism he receives, I can somewhat sympathise with him, but I also believe that he has grown up in recent years. It was a really significant season this year. As you may recall, he was not as successful at Macarthur as he would have liked. This season, in my opinion, was incredibly pivotal. And he’s kind of reminded everyone of his talent thus far, especially in the second half of the season.
