At the close of the summer transfer window, Sunderland apparently lost the chance to add to their massive number of signings.
Geertruida finishes revamping Sunderland Granit Xhaka and Lutsharel Geertruida are just two of the several new players that Regis Le Bris has brought in for the Black Cats, capping an incredible summer.
The latter, who arrived on a season-long loan from Bundesliga team RB Leipzig, was Sunderland’s final signing of the transfer window and is eager to get going at the Stadium of Light.
