Ipswich Town: Alan Fleischer leaves after 10 years.

Alan Fleischer, an Ipswich Town youngster, has announced his departure after ten years with the club.

The 17-year-old custodian joined the Blues at the under-9s level and will begin a two-year academy scholarship in the summer of 2023.

Fleischer was a regular for Town’s under-18s, but he made his under-21 debut against Hull City this season.

He was on loan at Essex side Heybridge Swifts, who play in the Isthmian League North Division, earlier this season, but an injury cut it short.

Fleischer spent last month on trial at Championship club Sunderland, where he played for the Black Cats’ Under-18s.
