According to a recent report, Tottenham is getting closer to being appointed manager.

According to reports, Tottenham is rapidly approaching their managerial appointment. Following a dismal Premier League season, Spurs fired Ange Postecoglou on Friday and now seek a new manager. Even though Postecoglou ended a 17-year trophy drought and qualified for the Champions League by winning the Europa League, the Australian was unable to keep his job. Rather, he will have his contract paid up and be able to continue enjoying his time in Australia with much more money, but without the assurance of employment when he returns to Europe.

Following Postecoglou’s firing, Tottenham has made a snap decision on their top target, with Thomas Frank, the manager of Brentford, emerging as the front-runner. Frank is reportedly open to moving up to the Champions League after achieving remarkable consistency at Brentford on a tight budget, according to reports over the weekend.
