The Spurs under-21 team included the 20-year-old in four EFL Trophy matches, including three last season when he scored from the penalty spot in a victory over Bristol Rovers via penalty shootout.
According to the club, he has signed a “long-term contract” and is Colchester’s first acquisition of the summer transfer season.
According to U’s manager Danny Cowley, “He is a young player that likes to play as a centre forward.”
He loves to run off the backs of defenders and has a lot of speed.

He is also very team-oriented and presses with intensity. At the age of six, Williams enrolled in Tottenham’s academy, and he has since assisted the team in winning age group titles.
“I feel ready, and I’ve been wanting to play men’s football for quite some time,” he remarked after scoring a hat-trick against Blackburn Rovers in Premier League 2 in 2024–25.
“I feel like Colchester is the best opportunity for me to develop and be one of the best.”
