Leeds is in ‘Advanced Talks’ to Sign ‘One of Europe’s Most Exciting Talents.’
According to the French publication Le Nouvel Echo, Leeds United is in early negotiations to recruit Oscar Gloukh, a midfielder for RB Salzburg.
As they seek to add more energy and inventiveness before their Premier League comeback, the Championship winners have apparently identified the 21-year-old sensation as a possible addition to Daniel Farke’s offensive midfield.
With a contract that expires in June 2027, Gloukh is reputedly valued at €25 million (£21 million) by Salzburg this summer, making him one of the most costly acquisitions in Elland Road history.
The last time the Whites broke their transfer record was in the summer of 2023, when they paid £35.5 million to sign Georginio Rutter from Hoffenheim.
Leeds is keeping a close eye on the Club World Cup sensation Oscar Gloukh.

Lukas Nmecha, a forward, and Jaka Bijol, a defender, are Leeds’ first two acquisitions during the summer transfer window.
Gloukh is now showing promise as a market addition, and the Whites are still eager to bolster their midfield.
Known as “one of Europe’s most promising talents,” the 21-year-old is presently playing for Salzburg at the Club World Cup in the United States. He scored the team’s first goal in their 2-1 victory over Pachuca of Mexico.
Last season, Gloukh made 40 appearances for Salzburg in all competitions, with eight assists and 11 goals.
Following Nmecha’s arrival, Leeds is also rumored to be looking to add more attacking reinforcements; negotiations with Nice striker Evann Guessand have reportedly taken place.
Following his breakthrough season, Guessand is reportedly drawing interest from a number of European clubs. Fenerbahce, Wolves, and West Ham are reportedly keeping an eye on the 23-year-old.
