Bilal El Khannouss has become a target for Leeds United, who are now concentrating on attacking recruits.

This comes after we recommended that the 49ers consider El Khannouss as a potential replacement for Brenden Aaronson.
El Khannouss is also being pursued by Crystal Palace, and Sunderland is eager to use his release clause with the Leicester playmaker. Leeds supporters, however, have doubts about El Khannouss’ suitability.
Only five of his ten goal involvements for Leicester have occurred in the top division of English football. Despite his skill at set pieces, the 21-year-old was unable to hold Leicester up.
El Khannouss is reportedly eager to come to Leeds if a deal can be reached, and Leeds’ interest has been the most serious of all the teams mentioned. El Khannouss also wants consistent minutes.
In that regard, Leeds shouldn’t have any problems with El Khannouss’ pay. Leeds will benefit greatly from the attacking midfielder’s ability to play as a winger, central midfielder, or attacking midfielder.
He could be used out wide or deeper in a 4-3-3 or as a No. 10 in a 4-2-3-1. He is a creative and adaptable player, though, so other people are interested in him.
The player is now being pursued by another club. John Percy of The Telegraph claims that Newcastle United, a Champions League team, is interested in El Khannouss. They are the most recent Premier League team to show significant interest.
