A man was charged with murder after a fatal stabbing.
At 07:52 BST on Saturday, emergency personnel were summoned to a residence on Davies Road in Longhedge, Salisbury, where 52-year-old Darren Hughes had been discovered dead.
Alfie Miller, 21, from Willow Drive in Durrington, has been charged with his murder. He has been remanded in custody and will appear before Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
Wiltshire Police said that his family is being helped by professional officers.
Police cordons outside the residence have been lifted, however a representative for Wiltshire Police stated that a police presence will remain in the area for several days.
