Manager has held ‘face to face’ meeting with Queens Park Rangers – Feeling move is advancing.

After being fired by Norwich City earlier this season, Johannes Hoff Thorup is reportedly getting closer to taking over as manager of Queens Park Rangers.

Hoff Thorup has had discussions with several teams, according to Tips Bladet, who have always closely monitored the Dane’s future and his next possible destination.

Now that a breakthrough has been made in talks with Queens Park Rangers, the matter has progressed to the point where the 36-year-old has had “face to face” talks with the London team.

Weeks after leaving Norwich City, the outlet believes that Hoff Thorup is now “close to becoming” the new manager of QPR.

Prior to the dismissal, the Canaries had lost six of their eight Championship games, which essentially meant they would not make it to the playoffs.

Queens Park Rangers will be looking to improve next season after finishing in 15th place in the standings. Hoff Thorup is about to have another opportunity with a team in the Championship.
