Mike Fondop, a forward for Oldham Athletic, has agreed to a new two-year deal at Boundary Park.
After three years in the National League, the 31-year-old helped the Latics return to the English Football League last season with 18 league goals.
He signed to Boundary Park until at least the conclusion of the 2026–2027 season after first joining on a temporary basis from Hartlepool in January 2022.
According to Fondop, “Oldham feels like home to me and the support I’ve received from the fans and everyone at the club has been incredible,” the online publication said.
“I was always going to be staying, I have shared so many achievements and accomplishments here, I just love this club.” On August 2, Oldham will begin their League Two campaign at MK Dons.
