Police hunt 22 men after large-scale fight.

Police have issued photographs of 22 individuals they want to find following a large-scale altercation in Sheffield. According to South Yorkshire Police, the disorder occurred on Woodbourn Road on May 25, 2018. A police spokesperson stated that officers suspected it involved two Eritrean organisations with differing political viewpoints.

They stated that 18 persons have already been charged with charges such as violent disorder, possession of an offensive weapon, and wounding. A crowd of roughly 200 people gathered at the Pakistan Muslim Centre, when gunfire erupted both inside and outside the centre, as well as on the streets surrounding it.

The centre was damaged, as were the automobiles parked nearby. The representative stated that “multiple” persons were hurt, including those who required medical treatment. Det Insp Lee Wilson stated that the inquiry was “moving at a rapid pace”. “We will continue our enquiries until we have brought the people responsible before the courts, to be held accountable for their actions,” according to him.
