Police Say ‘Need Your Help’ in Search for Coventry Man Missing Since February.

Police are renewing their appeal for help in locating a man who has been missing from Coventry for nearly two months. Marcin, whose full name has not been disclosed at the request of his family, was last seen on February 24 and has not been in contact with loved ones since then.

West Midlands Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for Marcin’s safety and well-being, and are urging members of the public to come forward with any information that might help locate him.

“We urgently need the public’s help to trace Marcin,” said a spokesperson for the force. “His disappearance is completely out of character, and his family are understandably very worried. Despite our efforts so far, we’ve had no confirmed sightings, and we’re now asking the public to take a moment to look at his photo and contact us if they remember seeing him or know where he might be.”

Marcin was last seen near his home in the Hillfields area of Coventry on the morning of Saturday, February 24. He is described as white, around 5ft 10in tall, of slim build, with short brown hair and usually clean-shaven. At the time of his disappearance, he was believed to be wearing a dark jacket, jeans, and trainers.

Officers have been conducting extensive enquiries, including searches of local parks, waterways, and areas Marcin is known to frequent. CCTV footage has been reviewed, and appeals have been shared on social media and in local press. So far, however, there have been no significant leads.

Police say they are keeping an open mind about what may have happened but admit that concerns are increasing with every day that passes.

“Each day that Marcin is missing adds to our concern for his welfare,” the spokesperson added. “We know someone out there knows something, no matter how small it may seem. We urge anyone who might have seen Marcin on or after February 24 to get in touch, whether you spoke to him, saw him passing by, or think you spotted him somewhere. Your information could be crucial.”

Marcin’s family have also issued a heartfelt plea, asking for anyone with information to come forward.

“We are devastated and just want to know that Marcin is safe,” a relative said. “He’s a much-loved son, brother, and friend. If anyone has seen or heard anything, please, please speak to the police. We need him home.”

Anyone with information about Marcin’s whereabouts is asked to contact West Midlands Police via Live Chat on their website or by calling 101, quoting log number 1479 of February 24. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Police hope that renewed public attention on the case will bring fresh leads and help bring Marcin home safely.
