Rangers consider second Dundee free transfer swoop.
Rangers are interested in signing Josh Mulligan on a free transfer from Dundee.
The Ibrox club is keeping an eye on the 22-year-old, who will be out of contract at Dens Park this summer. Mulligan is reported to be garnering interest from several English Championship clubs. Mulligan, who has 10 under-21 caps for Scotland, is free to consider a pre-contract move away from Dundee. Rangers are reportedly interested in signing the midfielder, who can also play right back, on a free transfer.
Lyall Cameron has already committed to join Rangers from Dundee this summer, and Mulligan could follow suit. Rangers signed Cameron to a pre-contract, with the midfielder finishing the season at Dens Park before moving to Ibrox in the summer. Mulligan, according to The Rangers Review, fits the profile of a signing who will boost the Rangers squad’s physicality in specific areas.
