Rangers defender Robin Propper’s transfer talks confirmed.

Twente Enschede manager Joseph Oosting has met with Rangers defender Robin Propper to discuss a return to the Netherlands.
The Dutch club is eager to re-sign its former captain and has already agreed to pay Rangers £1.5 million.
The defender has returned to training and is likely to decide this week whether he wants to stay with new manager Russell Martin or return to Twente.
Jan Streuer, Twente’s sports director, stated earlier this week that the decision was up to Propper, and the club would be “delighted” to have him back.
Now, Oosting has lent his support to the club’s efforts to resign the player.
He stated: “We have been in communication with Robin, and I hope he returns. “I discussed it with him, and perhaps it will work out in our benefit. “If it were up to me, I’d make the deal right away, but I’ve learnt in football that it’s best to be careful.
“You never know for sure.” Propper made over 100 games for Twente over three years before leaving to join Rangers.
