Jobe Bellingham, a Sunderland midfielder, is still being linked with a move to Borussia Dortmund.
Sunderland boss Regis Le Bris has expressed his concerns about Jobe Bellingham’s potential move to Borussia Dortmund.
The Black Cats midfielder has reportedly accepted terms with the Bundesliga giants ahead of a possible summer transfer, although the German club has yet to agree on a transfer fee with the Wearsiders.
According to German tabloid Bild, the deal is on the verge of collapse, with Dortmund unwilling to match Sunderland’s estimate for the player.

The Black Cats star’s current contract includes an estimated £33.7 million release clause, but it is also believed that a gentleman’s agreement allows him to depart for less than that amount.
However, reports shows that Sunderland want to keep the England youth international, but they will not stand in his way after rejecting Premier League offers last summer, promising to get the Black Cats promoted.
After achieving that goal, the Wearsiders are expected to honour Jobe’s desires, but will demand a price that reflects their assessment of the player, up to the predetermined release clause.
Dortmund are hoping to sign Jobe ahead of the Club World Cup, but the kid has also been named to England’s U21 team for their European title defence, adding another stumbling block to negotiations.
While talking on a French radio station, Le Bris was asked about Jobe, and while he did not reveal anything about a potential transfer, he did give a glowing review of the Sunderland youngster.
When questioned about Jobe earlier this week, Le Bris told RMC Sport: “Jobe is also a guy with an excellent personality; it’s a fantastic experience.
“The player is really interesting; he’s still very young and has a lot of room for growth.
“But his demeanour is also fantastic; he’s highly competitive and aggressive. It’s a beautiful experience.
